Get one of the Batman games and Mafia 2.
The Batman games are very similar, it is more fun if you get two different types of games.
Personally I would have chosen L.A. Noire and Mafia 2, Batman is OK but the others are more interesting.
Don't follow IGN and Gamespot reviews, they are not gamers.

L.A noire is gay and Mafia 2 is repetitive and boring after a couple of hours!

Mafia 2 owns, La noire is similar to mafia but a worse version of it, if i were u i would buy batman arkham city and mafia 2, that way you get a hit and run based game and a batman game:)Should I get both the batman arkham games, or L.A. Noire and Mafia 2?
Well I have arkham city and its pretty amazing loads of fun amazing gamleplay the game is a must buy... Why not buy one of the set now and the other two later :)
The Batman series from Rocksteady is truly incredible. You will not be disappointed if you buy them.
