I have this offline lag while playing games on my xbox 360 any suggestions?

So like i said i have this offline lag when i play games(like batman arkham city and gears of war 3) on my xbox 360 any help or suggestion to reduce the ingame lag?

To get rid of the lag, you should load the whole game on to your memory and that should cut out the lag time.I have this offline lag while playing games on my xbox 360 any suggestions?
my 360S is doing the same thing on Forza 4 and the game IS loaded on the hard drive.. any suggestions?
