i think you should be able to because on lego indiana jones in the bottom right corner there are to spots that are the guys you make but then on lego star wars there is none but lego batman has two empty spots there just like on indiana jones.Can you make a character on Lego batman the video game?
yes you can you just have to go on the villains side and go into the last room you have to walk past all the jail cells once you get in the room you will see two ppl hanging from a rope go up to them then you can customize them
